AMAF is a family friendly Taekwon-do school specializing in classes for children, adults and families. Taekwon-do training is built on the philosophical tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable spirit.
Through the daily practice of these tenets can we truly create positive personal development. Arrowhead Martial Arts and Fitness incorporates many different martial arts into our training. Martial arts provides overall fitness and fun to your exercise routine.
